Divan Beds Centre Returns Policy

The customer is required to inform Divan Beds Centre, via email to [email protected]

  • Within 7 days of receiving their goods, if they need to return their order.
  • Within 24 hours of receiving their order to report about any damage, missing items or wrong order being delivered.

 

Goods need to be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receiving their goods:.

  • Customers can return goods themselves and once we receive the goods back in their original condition, we will issue a full refund. Customers are responsible for the safe return of goods and will be charged for any damage to them.
  • If you want us to collect goods from you,there will be Minimum £80 (inc. Vat) courier charge for returning of one bed from customer. Once the goods are received and inspected, we will issue a refund after deducting courier charge.
  • If goods returned are found opened and taken out of original packaging, an extra £50 (inc Vat) handling fee will also be charged.
  • Collection of goods will be within 15 working days.
  • Refunds for all returned goods will be within 30 days
  • Headboards are Made to order item and customer will not be refunded for the the headboard if order is returned or cancelled after dispatch

 

Goods are not in original packaging  and customer wants to return them:

  • Mattresses: Due to Hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of a Mattress which has been taken out of its original packaging. To test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.
  • Divan Bases: Unpacked or assembled a £50 (inc. Vat) handling fee will be charged. All return goods must need to be in original packaging.

  • Headboards are Made to order item and customer will not be refunded for the the headboard if order is returned or cancelled after dispatch

 

Customer Placed incorrect order: 

  • 50% (inc.Vat) of restocking charge of total order value.
  • Minimum £80 (inc. Vat) courier charge for returning of one bed from customer.
  • Refund for all return goods will be within 30 days.
  • Customer will be refunded after deducting all associated courier and supplier charges if any order will be cancelled after dispatch.Any request to change order details has to be made with in 24 hrs of placing the order.
  • It is customer's responsibility to decide before purchase whether goods they are purchasing are suitable for their requirements or not.

 

Goods can not be delivered due to access issues : 

  • 50% (inc.Vat) of restocking charge of total order value
  • Minimum £80 (inc. Vat) courier charge for returning of one bed from customer
  • Refund for all return goods will be within 30 days
  • Customer will be refunded after deducting all associated courier and supplier charges if any order will be cancelled after dispatch

 

Order is Cancelled after dispatch and Goods are with Couriers:  

  • 50% (inc.Vat) of restocking charge of total order value
  • Minimum £80 (inc. Vat) courier charge for returning of one bed from customer
  • Refund for all return goods will be within 30 days
  • Customer will be refunded after deducting all associated courier and supplier charges if any order will be cancelled after dispatch

 

All damaged goods will be replaced with similar new goods. Replacement of damaged goods will be within 15 working days.
