Mattress Returns Policy

This Mattress comes with 14 days Return Policy. From the date of delivery you have up to 14 days to let us know if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Once we understand your reason, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

We do appreciate that it is not always possible to know whether a specific product is ideal for you, from the information provided. If you have a reason to return your order, we require you to notify us in writing (you can do this by replying to the order confirmation email) within the 14-day period.

Once we have received your notification, we can discuss suitable replacement exchange or refund options. The cost of returning the Mattress will be deducted from the refundable amount. If you are exchanging the Mattress for another model, the cost will be charged as extra. The returns cost is estimated by your location, or by the size of the purchased item. The delivery of a standard Double mattress to Mainland UK is generally £35 + VAT.

All returned items can be collected by our carriers. Alternatively, you can make arrangements for the return yourself. All returns must be received in perfect condition, and in the original packaging. When the product is delivered to you, it is your responsibility to ensure that the packaging is retained during the 14-days period . You can take Mattress out of packaging to use it but should keep packaging safe for returns. Mattress should be ready and packed before collection team arrives.

Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive the goods that you are returning. The refund can take up to 21 days to reach your bank account.
